How to get started

1. Get in touch
Email or use the form to ask about availability. You can enquire before arranging a GP referral.

2. Arrange a referral
To access Medicare rebates, speak with your GP about eligibility for a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral. Private appointments do not require a referral.

3. Confirm your appointment
We’ll agree on a time in Omeo or via telehealth and confirm Medicare eligibility, paperwork and any referral documents needed before your first session.

I bulk bill eligible Medicare appointments with a valid referral, so there is no out-of-pocket cost for these sessions.
